Motorway View City (Pvt) Ltd. has
purchased the desired area for the development of
housing project. The main objective of the company is to
provide residential plots to the people of Fateh Jhang
and Islamabad area at affordable price with all urban
amenities. The project is being controlled and developed
by the Motorway View City (Pvt) Ltd. Technical
supervision is being rendered by the qualified and
experienced consultants. M/s “Designdesk” (Pvt)
Ltd has specifically provided professional services for
the preparation of layout design of the proposed housing
project.
SITE CHARACTERISTICS:
The proposed project site area is combination of flat
and undulating sloping land surface. General trend of
slope of land surface is from North to South with some
depression area in the central area of the project site.
Survey Map of project site area with 2-ft contour
interval and drawn to the scale of 1:1000 is attached.
The
prominent attraction of the project site is its location
on the Motor way passing on the North face of the
project site.
After
detailed consideration of site constraints, ground
topography, user requirements and Government of Punjab
land use standards for Private Housing Projects, a
functional layout design proposal has been evolved.
SCHOOLS:
One
primary Schools at center level has been provided
keeping in view the population of the proposed project
area and surrounding area population. Placement of
School is in accordance with the accessibility standards
as prescribed in National Reference Manual.
PARKS AND PLAY FIELDS:
Total
three parks are planned in the layout plan. One central
park of 16.75 kanal is provided. Total area covered
under Parks/Green area is 27.65 kanals. These Parks and
green areas will help to promote healthy living
environment.
MOSQUE:
One
mosque at the centre of housing project has been
planned. Mosque is located within five minutes walking
distance from all corners of the project area.
HEALTH CENTRE:
A site
has been earmarked for the Health Centre in the center
of housing project to provide medical facilities to the
residents of scheme.
GRAVEYARD:
A plot
of 6.85 kanals, reserved for Graveyard, and it will
suffice for next forty years’ mortality.
OVERHEAD AND UNDERGROUND WATER
TANK:
Water
Tank area will be reserved at the corner of the park
area keeping in view the higher ground levels.
DESIGN PARAMETERS FOR AIRPORT
GARDENS HOUSING PROJECT:
Gridiron pattern has been adopted for the layout of
residential plots. The central facilities area consists
of Park, Commercial, Jamia Mosque, and Health Centre at
the junction of 60 ft wide major roads.
Land
topography has been duly followed. Emphasis has been
laid upon well-defined road network for easy access and
comfortable living environment. Parks and open spaces
have been provided throughout the scheme. These areas
have been adjusted at such locations, which are within
easy access from all sides. For easy access, commercial
areas have been planned along the major roads of the
scheme.
COMMUNITY FACILITIES AREAS:
Total
area of Airport Gardens housing project has been
provided with desired community facilities areas.

WATER AVAILABILITY:
The water supply for the residents of the proposed
housing project will be arranged through underground
tube wells. The Motorway View City (Pvt) Ltd. will be
responsible to provide the sufficient quantity of water
as per the laid down standards. Water resitivity survey
report is attached along with other plans.
COMPLETION TIME:
After the
approval of layout Plan and completion of Engineering
Design for Infrastructure Design, completion time for
development of Roads, Laying of water supply lines,
storm water drainage, Electric and Sui gas network
development will be completed within two and half year
to three years time period.
