1)
The Application on
prescribed form will be
submitted along with
Non-Refundable Registration
fee of Rs.1000/-.
2)
All citizens of
Pakistan are eligible to apply
for plots.
3) Payment will be made
through Demand Draft/Pay Order
in favour of “Motorway View
City (Private) Limited”.
4) The Applicant shall pay
10 % Extra charges for Corner
Plots, 15 % Extra Charges for
Main Boulevard Plots and 25%
Extra on Main Boulevard Corner
Plots.
5) A Surcharge of 1.25% per
month would be charged on the
due amount if any installment
is received after the due
date.
6)
The Applicants will not
be entitled for any mark-up on
the deposited amount.
7) Final allotment will be
made in the name of Applicant
only when full payment has
been made by him/her.
8)
The Plots shall be
transferred after clearance of
all dues incurred at that
time.
9)
The Management shall
announce the development
charges after Agreement with
the development company.
10)
The plot shall be
liable to be cancelled if the
Allottee fails to pay three
consecutive instalments within
the prescribed period. Amount
paid will be returned to the
Applicant after deduction of
surcharges and 20% incidental
charges on the total amount
due at that time.
11)
In case the Allottee
intends to claim refund, the
Management shall refund the
amount deposited after
deduction of surcharges and
20% incidental charges on the
total amount due at that time.
12)
Allottees shall comply
with all rules, regulations,
Bye laws, orders and
directions, as amended and
issued from time to time by
the Motorway View City
(Private) Limited.
13)
All disputes between
the Motorway View City
(Private) Limited and
Allottees /Applicants shall be
referred to Executive
Committee of the Motorway View
City (Pvt.) Ltd and the
decisions of the Executive
Committee shall be final and
binding on both the parties.
This decision will not be
challengeable in any Court.

I hereby solemnly declare that
the information given above is

agree to abide by all the

allotment of residential plots
and Bye-laws of the “Motorway
View City (Pvt) Ltd and rules
to be framed in future.
