M/s New World Builders is working in the field of building , construction , development & project consulting of different real estate projects in Islamabad, Lahore and Peshawar. The team has vast experience of initial designing and implementing of mega real estate projects. The group is owned by two Civil Engineers residing in Islamabad.

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:

The company is currently engaged in different construction projects in Islamabad. A brief description of Projects in Hand is as follows:

6.   Projects Completed:

            In the past we have completed following projects,

1.    Construction of 06 No. Bridges on Lahore Islamabad Motorway project including piling, P-C Beams, columns, transoms, erection of P-C Beams, Deck slab, and new Jerry barrier.

2.    Construction of median Barriers on Lahore Islamabad Motorway project.

3.    Construction of Highway Safety Signs Foundation for both Smj and Gantry on Lahore Islamabad Motorway projects.

4.    Construction of Rip Raps on Lahore Islamabad Motorway project

5.    Constriction of 123 box culverts on Islamabad Peshawar Motorway Project.

6.    Construction of 45 Km Access Road pipe culverts and temporary stone masonry bridges on Islamabad Peshawar Motorway Project.

7.    Constriction of 03 No Bridges on Islamabad Peshawar Motorway project.

8.    Construction of 11 No. Underpasses on Islamabad Peshawar Motorway project.

8.    Works in Hand:

       Currently we are working on following projects.

1. Construction of KHUDADAD HEIGHTS E-11 Golra Shrif (16 Storied).
2. Construction of 200 Houses in PECHS “HOME TOWN”.
3. Construction of Pak Medical Center Peshawar (12 Storied)
4. Construction of  Rehman Center in Gang Mandi  Rawalpindi  (10 Storied)

 9.    Scope of Services:

New World Builders gives complete solution to Land Owner for developing Housing Scheme / Commercial Projects.

The Town Planning of proposed scheme shall be supervised by Mr. Sajjad Ahmed. He is certified Town Planner having 35 years experience, registered in CDA , TMA Rawalpindi and TMA Fateh Jang.

The services will include Topographic survey of proposed Land, Location Plan, Khasra Plan, Layout Plan, Engineering Design and preparation of Bills of Quantity (BOQ).

If required by Client, the company will also supervise the construction activities as Owner’s Engineers.

The company has also completed Town Planning and engineering design of Banker City- I and Airport Gardens recently. They have submitted case of Banker City I in CDA and case of Airport Gardens is in process.

13.  TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.    Commission is payable at the time of depositing Down Payments Pay Orders.

2.    All sales executed after Agreement will be treated as NWB sales.

3.    Client will not sell any plot from his office.

4.    Total time required for sales shall be 45 days after obtaining NOC from concerned departments.

5.    Cost of development shall be announced after agreement with the construction company.

6.    Construction activities shall be started after first installment is deposited by Clients.

7.    All payments shall be collected from clients in the name of Owners Private Limited Company.
